Authors intended to analyze and compare difference by pattern between effects of Dactinomycin injected group and Rifampin injected group, on the 6th day of incu-bation, 2/ug Dactinomycin and 4 mg Rifampin were injected into the chorioallantoic sac, and eaeh group was brocken on the 18th day of incubation for weighing the body Weight and five organs-brain heart, lung, liver, and kidney of chick embryos, and difference of patterns were analyzid by discriminant funetion method.
